Ementa: Dados, informação e conhecimento. Conhecimento explícito e conhecimento tácito. Criação, armazenamento e compartilhamento do conhecimento. Cultura e gestão do conhecimento. Estratégias de gestão do conhecimento. Uso de dados, informação e conhecimento em processos organizacionais. Informação e tomada de decisão. Administração de bancos de dados e tecnologias computacionais para a gestão do conhecimento e da informação (intranets, portais e groupware, documentos eletrônicos, repositórios e mineração de dados).
